Base colour of dorsal sepal and upper half of petals greyed purple 187A shading through greyed purple 187C to greyed purple 186B to white. Labellum greyed purple 187A. Classic, distinctive, modern ?vinicolor" form of an old hybrid. Colour blending was particularly pleasing. One flower on one inflorescence 280mm long.
